What are your rates?
Rates remain highly competitive and vary depending on your specific needs. Standard record reviewing billing is dictated by the volume of records reviewed, and by the page count of the reviews. Please contact us to discuss how we might assist your office, and to obtain a quote.
What’s your turnaround time?
We achieve a one-week maximum turnaround for all reviews and/or report edits. We’re aware of the time-sensitivity of each assignment and prioritize accordingly, while maintaining flexibility in order to handle inevitabilities—such as a rescheduled appointment or an accelerated hearing.
Do you perform ‘Rush’ work?
Of course. Depending on the file size, we can complete a review within 12 – 48 hours.
How do you handle billing?
Invoicing is typically every two weeks.
How do you address security and privacy?
Confidentiality and privacy are paramount concerns. Our staff is thoroughly vetted and sign confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements. We utilize a password-protected portal for uploading/downloading records and reviews. Security software is continually updated on our website and computers. Reviews are securely archived and reviewed medical records are permanently deleted.
Why should I hire out for these services? I have someone in my office that handles this.
Over the years, client feedback has indicated that office personnel can better maximize time without having to review records in addition to regular duties. Tack on more time and cost for proofing/editing as well. That said, we also offer full record reviewing staff training along with training manual composition.
Why should I hire you? I already have a vendor reviewing records.
Many of our clients have more than one reviewer. It’s a prudent, practical, safeguarding approach. We’ve actually begun some of our relationships as a hire to specifically alleviate pressures from an overwhelming influx of records and to meet their review deadlines.
